GoodBye 2020, Hello 2021
What were your New Year’s resolutions in December 2019? I’m pretty sure they didn’t involve surviving the global pandemic which hit us all this year – Covid-19.
I went into the New Year of 2020 feeling incredibly positive and optimistic. I’d overcome a rough couple of years, finally got the sign off on my divorce and thought 2020 would be my year. And whilst I was right in many ways, the rest of the world has suffered.
What were you hoping to achieve this year? What are you thankful for in 2020? Despite the highs and lows of this year, and no matter what we have been through, we need to try to be grateful and thankful for everything we have in order to be optimistic and positive moving into 2021.
Last December, on my phone notebook, I made a list of everything I wanted to achieve in 2020, and to be honest I forgot all about it until a couple of months ago when I started talking about the Law of Attraction and Manifestation with a friend. Looking at the list I made, I achieved about half of it without even thinking about it, despite Covid doing its best to keep us all on lockdown for most of the year. I have to say, I was pretty happy with that and so proud of myself that I have created a proper printed vision board for 2021 and printed this out to hang on the wall in front of my desk. I’m hoping that being something visual I can look at every day will have much more impact on my life this year and keep me pushing forward towards my goals, no matter what life throws at me.
Can you create your own vision board of what you would like to achieve next year. I just used Word to create mine (see below), but you can do it anyway which you like – powerpoint, “old school” pva glue and paper or maybe create a pinterest board. However you create yours, I would love to see your board for 2021 – once you put this out into the world, your mindset will change and amazing things will flow into your life.
Share your boards with our community and let’s say goodbye to 2020 with our plans for a truly wonderful and prosperous 2021.
